The Iryn peninsula juts northward from the mainland, in the western Mrala Province of Koridan, helping to form the large Mrala Bay and separating it from the Apenic Sea. The tiny village of Gilmor's Port lies at the very tip, across from Tamen Island. The Randac Mountains begin where the peninsula begins to become the mainland.
