On March 9th, 2004 Haney Linden announced the upcoming debut of Second Life's first official City sims. Features of these sims included twice the prim allowance, as well as a full array of Linden-created infrastructure. On March 18th, 2004 residents of Second Life got a glimpse at the newest sims to be added to the continent, by way of a tantalizing post by Xenon Linden with a mysterious image.
