Pennytown is a local neighborhood sub city or borough of The City of Seattle. This Borough of The City had an unofficial Mayor known as Big Dog however he was recently killed by the Villain known as Night Bird. The Borough also has been target by Aaron Zimm The Leader of Panopticon who sent out his newest advance weapons technology known as The Panopticon to attack the people of the neighborhood.
