The Lunar Ribbon is an evolutionary item that is used to evolve several Pokemon, such as Eevee into Umbreon, and Chingling into Chimecho. The Lunar Ribbon can be found by doing optional missions, in some treasure chests and in Random Kecleon shops in the Mystic Forest and Joy tower dungeons.
