Harpie Beaks are sometimes found on Harpies. They can be used in the Enchanting recipe for Diamond Dusts, which are used to make Orbs of Seeing. Alternatively, one can give 100 beaks to Jorda at the Andris Port Outpost as part of a quest in order to receive a Pestle and Mortar and 50 Experience Points.
