Best Practices was founded in 1992 by CEO Christopher Bogan, who authored the book, Benchmarking for Best Practices: Winning through Innovative Adaptation. Best Practices set up its office in Mumbai, India in 2009 under the name “Best Practices Healthcare Pvt. Ltd”.
