No. Shinigami use Hell Butterflies to guide them from Soul Society to the Human World without going through the Dangai. Ichigo does not have a Hell Butterfly, hence him ending up in the Dangai. It is unknown if Isshin has access to one, but since he intended to travel with Ichigo, he would have ditched it if he had one. Matsumoto likely used a Hell Butterfly to travel straight to the real Karakura Town, avoiding the extra stress rushing through the Dangai would have had on her injured body. And Matsumoto left long before Ichigo and Isshin did.
