Scleroz were a fungus-like semi-sentient species native to the planet Iyrronea. Their bodies were made entirely of fungus structures. They covered themselves in droid parts for protection from the savage iyrronean acklay. However, the covering did nothing to stop the Parac inhabitants of Iyrronea from eating them. Scleroz took sides with the Yuuzhan Vong at the Battle of Iyrronea, which the entire species regretted. The scleroz all died out in 479 ABY due to the Dark Force Wave that ravaged the Galaxy for hundreds of years.
