The Naptime Navy was maintained by Captain Sirpooka and Senior Officer Meekay. They used to fly the flag of The Viridian Avengers. The Navy was founded for a number of reasons which include the gathering of friends scattered over the USA, the establishment of a political entity in Viridian which would use its might to become one of the more talked about crews in YPP, and (of course) the accumulation of ludicrous amounts of PoE. The Navy was in a build-up phase which was expected to last until the end of 2007.
