Facepaint is a category of clothing in Wild Warfare. There are a variety of different facepaints, each having their own pattern. You cannot equip facepaint without using a color. Unlike other types of items, facepaint can only be worn by its corresponding class. You can obtain facepaint by unlocking an Item Crate.
