Has high mobility and firing precision for mid-range sniping. Arguably the best arms in the game. They have some of the best precision in the game, backed by near-lightweight maneuverability. Further more, they are fairly light, energy efficient, and have decent defenses. They can be used on any AC from heavies to lights with a degree of success, and no true drawbacks. Any other arm must have some sort of advantage over this in order to be usable, because this is the 3rd most accurate and the most versatile arm in the game.
