The Tseinbarrilee are sapient aquatic lifeforms of unclear origins which can be found inhabiting several worlds across the Milky Way and other nearby galaxies. Billions of years ago, the Tseinberrilee travelled from their long-forgotten homeworld and went to develop a strong presence in interstellar affairs. An ambitious although pacifist species, their continuous attempts to control the development and political relationship of all other species ultimately resulted in a devastating war of intergalactic scale. After the war, millions of Tseinberrilee colonies remained, although drawn back to a far more primitive state of existence and cut out of contact with each other; they ended up splitting into a number of highly different races.
