SM UB-114 was a German Type UB III submarine or U-boat in the German Imperial Navy () during World War I. She was commissioned into the German Imperial Navy on 4 May 1918 as SM UB-114. UB-114 was lost in trails on 13 May 1918 in Kiel harbour, resulting in seven dead. She was later raised and surrendered.
