Hannah is a woman with a curvaceous figure. She possesses tan skin with slanted indigo eyes, and wears purple lipstick. Her pale lavender hair extends far down to her ankles, but with the second half of it braided and tied with a blue ribbon. When taking on a part of a maid, she wears a long blue maid dress with long sleeves and a white apron. In addition, she wears white stockings and dark brown mary janes with an accompanying plate-shaped maid cap. Hannah's left eye is bandaged as a result of Alois Trancy gouging it.
