NCIS Tech is a woman who was present in MTAC while Leroy Jethro Gibbs talked to State Department official, Ron Levinson on two occasions. She also informed Gibbs of a security breach from outside MTAC although it was soon revealed to be Donald Mallard's mother, Victoria Mallard banging against the iris scanner.
