Toadguys are recurring enemies in the Releasio series. They have red outfits, and they almost always have Toad Faces on them. Some of them, like the ones in Super Releasio 64, have propellers. Some of them do not, however, since propellers are quite expensive and they can't all afford them. Some of them can breath fire.
