The Hallowed Scepter (previously Hallowed Rod) is a Wand piece of the Hallowed Defenders crafted set in Diablo III. It requires character level 60 to be used. The level 70 version is Hallowed Baton. This weapon is one of the least used of the set, for Wizards are unlikely to use shields instead of Sources, and only the shield (Hallowed Defender) is a potential choice for them to complete the set.
