[Source] Shroomchips were a type of food avaliable in the galaxy by years 20 BBY during the Clone Wars. The Sullustan journalist Den Dhur ate a handful of shroomchips which had been served in a bowl while he was in the cantina run by the Ortolan Baloob. The cantina was found in Republic Mobile Surgical Unit 7 on the planet Drongar in the Outer Rim Territories.
