In general it is bank warranties which is given both to buyer and seller parts. It warranties that the money which has to be paid from the seller to buyer will be on time and will be accurate to be given from buyer to seller. Whenever buyer is not able to pay it, bank is responsible to pay the amount of money required by buyer. Due to perhaps long distance and difference in rulings between two countries LC or Letter of Credit is very important in international commerce. Bank also has the responsibility not to give the corresponding money whenever the related goods is not given to the buyer. With using LC seller can be sure that he can have the bank warranty and he will be able to receive his money after all. They can be sure of dates of carrying and delivering, acquiring carriage documents
