The young bird Kirby attacked on April 26, 2009 Summery of the attack: My little brother, Spencer was playing out in the backyard and he ran in and told me that there was a baby bird outside. I ran out,and heard a chirp. I saw Kirby attacking the bird, and I brushed the dog away from him. I put my hands around him, and I had some crackers and I knew birds had to eat chewed up food, so I chewed them up and spat them all over the ground. No response.
