Chip Moench is a mentioned character in the novel Final Destination: Dead Man's Hand. He is the company manager of Magipalooza! located at Merlin's Tower. Shawna Engles almost got in trouble with Chip back in spring because she smuggled a box of Peeps into the show, and Chip found all of the dancers wolfing them down and on a sugar rush.
