This is not so much a glitch, more of an oddity. Play through You Genius U-Genix as usual until reaching the security room, after collecting the scientist outfit. Once the guards have been killed, take control of the security camera, and use the camera to look at the screens that show what the camera is viewing. The effect seen will be an infinite reflection of what the camera is seeing.
