Akodo Miko was married to the commanding officer of Kenson Gakka, Akodo Ikare. In 1120 their son Akodo Ujide disappeared, leading her husband to assault the nearby monastery of Yaruki Jukko, slaughtering the monks inside. The boy was returned from a group of samurai.
