Jeff Grey recorded The Gus Gopher Show over a news broadcast of Hot Rod fighting the Battlechargers. Hot Rod didn't mind, as he liked the Gus Gopher Show too! Ravage later used this recording to reprogram the villainous City-Dwellers into believing they were the cast of The Gus Gopher Show. He found this hilarious.
