This language is solely a written one and there are no plans to create a spoken version in the future. This language's name translates into "ideas expressed through digraphs", and that is exactly what it is. In fact, more than a language it is a way to express any concept that could be expressed in any other language, only without there being any linguistic characteristics. Essentially, it's a non-language.
