Sparky, A.K.A. Experiment 221 is a major character, and villain turned ally in the movie; Stitch! The Movie. He's one of Jumbas experiments created before the creation Experimet 626, AKA Stitch, and his main ability is generatng electricity. He also appears as a minor villain in the video game, Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep.
