Rachel Malenkov was a Havenite citizen and an officer of the People's Navy in Exile. Holding the rank of Lieutenant Commander, she served as the Assistant Tactical Officer, and later, acting Tactical Officer of the battlecruiser PNES Leon Trotsky. She was killed along with the rest of the crew when the ship was destroyed by Solarian missile fire in the Battle of Torch. (CS2)
