Gallius Rax's speech was included as part of Chuck Wendig's 2017 novel Aftermath: Empire's End, the third installment in Star Wars: The Aftermath Trilogy. An audio version of the speech was given by Marc Thompson for the audiobook version of the Empire's End. An excerpt of the speech was later posted on Wendig's Twitter account and Youtube.
