Altrina was a civilian who lived on Deep Space 9 in the 24th century and knew Jake Sisko. In 2370, Altrina had lunch with both Jake and Tiet. Tiet pointed out to Altrina that she was eating worms instead of Klingon food, a revelation that led to her vomiting all over the table. (DS9 episode: "Second Sight")
