After the perfection of rocket technology it is only a matter of time that its greatest advantage, its capability of sustained and controlled flight, is harnessed by the weapons experts. This is done via development of precision guidance systems, which are able to correct the flight path of a rocket and lead it unerringly to its target. This allows development of next-generation artillery systems: the Rocket Artillery for long-range land bombardment, and the Mobile SAM, for anti-air defense.
