Spike (a.k.a. Gentle Giant Spike, as he is called on the official site, and referred to as by fans) is one of the original five main characters in the Land Before Time films and television series. He is a Stegosaurus,which is referred to as a "Spiketail" in the films and Tv Series. He is most well-known for his laconic behaviour; only having uttered a couple of words throughout the series' run, and for his large appetite.
