Between his lightning whip and his electricity-firing thunderbolt laser pistol, Cloudburst pretty much has the whole electric weapon thing covered. How a laser pistol shoots electric blasts is unclear, but it may have something to do with ionization pathways. Then again, the "thunderbolt" designation may be little more than a name, similar to the real world's Trident missiles having a tendency to lack prongs and angry mermaids.
