Christopher Chance, nicknamed the Human Target, is an individual with a special set of skills and master of disguise. He worked with Solntsevskaya Bratva and later with Star City Mayor's Office on missions, both of which centered around protecting Oliver Queen. For the sake of his mission, Chance thoroughly researched Oliver's identity, including his vigilante alter-ego and his romance with Felicity Smoak.
