An electronic monitoring device that grants the user a 360 degree view at all times while conscious. A small plastic sensor-collecting orb is attached to the top of the user's head and linked by optical cable to a datajack. The See All provides a picture-within-picture image on the user's eye with a surrounding view. NOTE: This device is only useful to individuals equipped with a datajack.
