The Republic of the Mediterranean is nation of islands in the Mediterranean Sea, which are Corsica, Sardinia, Malta, Delos, and Crete. After the Apocalypse, Corsica immediately declared independence, as did Sardinia. Malta willingly joined the new nation, and soon Crete and Delos did. Its capital is Cagliari. It has a fair economy, and has a large military, one of the most advanced in Southern Europe. It is a Democratic Republic, now ruled by President Colondora.
