After two seasons with just six teams, the league expanded with the addition of Langston F.C. (managed by Chris2carter) on November 6, 2011. However, with two teams (Valley Hillbillies and Inverness Alba Rovers) facing disbandment due to inactive managers, Commissioner Botha announced on February 15, 2012 that the following Season X would be the final season for the Nordreich Liga - after which it and its member teams would cease operations. On February 26, 2012, Valley Hillbillies came under new management when Mikep4life took over the beleagured club. Folkvar was fired as manager of Inverness Alba Rovers at the conclusion of the season.
