The Book of Tears was an important book of Orion civilization. It was compiled shortly after 12,189 BCE (reference stardate -141/8901), when the 22nd Rigel Conference allowed the return of Orion slaves to rebuild Botchok (Rigel VIII) following the Atom War and the Long Winter, in a reconstruction effort known as the First Stage.
