Brashus was a male Selkath. Unlike the others that the renegade Jedi Nathaniel Kenobi found on a freighter, he was not Force-sensitive. He was in charge of the communications array at Novus Kamino Prime. He assisted with the introduction of the Belsavis Jedi and when Lama Su gave his distress call to the colony. His assistant was a male Snivvian, named Tack Hierogryph. He would later be killed in the Battle of Novus Kamino Prime.
