The M8/Caseless Submachine Gun was a light firearm and the intended successor to the M7/Caseless SMG. However, its capabilities were noticeably sub-par; the M8/C subsequently saw use only with various insurgent organizations along with private security contractors such as Haverson Defense and Tactical Security Applications.
