One of the two only Human-type enemies, these guys are pretty much downgraded versions of the Ultimate Border Humans you fought at the Stairway to Fallen Heaven, so aside of their very inferior stats, they are identical. However, if you aren't careful, they will use their Stored Attack to summon more soldiers like them, so make sure to stop them if they try to do so. They aren't very dangerous, and you should be able to defeat them easily.
