This technique, derived from the infamous Dragon Bullet of the Water Release, is an enhanced variation of it made purely for offensive purposes by Hibari. By employing his ability to oscillate his chakra to directly affect the physical elements, he does so with the pre-existing Water Dragon Bullet in order for it to raise its temperature to a much higher degree, allowing an extreme enhancement to its damaging properties should Hibari go to the extent that he wishes to.
