Piotr Balicki is an owner of High Voltage Wrestling. Balicki always was a huge wrestling fan. He was always dreaming about making some impact in the wrestling business. Finally, in 2008 he made his dream come trude. Balicki made some sponsorship deals, and he started his very own wrestling federation. One of his sponsors demanded to put his man to menage the Under Pressure show. Balicki accepted the deal, and Vlad Biggmaczynski joinded the HVW Staff.
