Meru'th was a Romulan military officer who held the rank of Admiral-Superlative. She was a favorite of the Praetor because she had helped raise him. In 2281, Meru'th advised the Praetor on his plan to abduct Federation Warrantors of Peace. Initially she opposed the plan, but was eventually brought around to support it.
