When an ancient witch, Rita Repulsa is freed from her prison, Zordon (an interdimensional being caught in a time-warp) recruits a team of teenagers with attitude. Giving them powers drawn from dinosaurs and other prehistoric animals, the teens became the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Rita created her own Ranger, Tommy the Green Ranger, but Tommy turned good and joined the Rangers. Later, they would be joined by Zordon's Daughter who would become the 7th member of the Ranger team, the Silver Ranger. About a week after Zorina arrived a new White Ranger appeared and it was found out that he was Frank a friend of the rangers.
