The defence industry of Vanuku has two major players, the Defence Factory Nachten (Vanukeaans: Defensie Fabriek Nachten) and the Shipyard Havendam (Vanukeaans: Scheepswerf Havendam). The DFN is one of the world leaders when it comes to designing and manufacturing small arms, the high quality standard and innovative designs make the weapons from the DFN well liked among many armed forces of Terra. All the small arms used by the Armed Forces of Vanuku are made by DFN. The Armed Forces of Dorvik also use a lot of DFN small arms after the Dorvish-Vanuku Arms Deal of 3298.
