Juno was a Jedi Consular, trained to Knighthood by Master Yorral. Shortly after her Knighting, Juno was consumed with grief when she learned Master Yorral had been slain by a Judicial trying to hide graft within the Judicial Department. Juno left the Jedi Order, swearing to bring down the corrupt Judicial Department. Her vigilante actions resulted in the her killing Judicial Irilm Yantz, a man who records indicated was connected to the graft and to Yorral's murder, and who often voiced doubts about the leadership of Supreme Chancellor Palpatine. Juno soon discovered that the records had been forged.
