Metal Peck or known in the High Ones organization as Purest of the High One's is an evil High Penguin and leader of the High Ones who has managed to sustain himself for 1000 years via Wutt Energy. He believes all of Anartica should be ruled by High Penguins alone, and that the other "inferior" races of penguins should be sent to the Deletion Void.
