Located in the Omicron Theta System, Planet Vespus is a planet largely covered in water. Unfortunately, an atmosphere composed mostly of non-reactive noble gasses apparently inhibited any organic evolution, rendering its oceans for all intents and purposes -- dead. The location of the planet has made any future prospect of terraforming unlikely at best.
