The Yorik System was a star system of the Manticoran Alliance member star nation. In 1904 PD, the system was one of the newly joined in the Manticoran Alliance. Two battlecruiers from Admiral Tyrel's squadron at Hancock Station was assigned to the system. In 1905 PD, the system was a target of the People's Republic of Haven. During a covert scouting operation in the system, PNS Alexander was detected by the Royal Manticoran Navy, thus alerting the Alliance to the covert operations conducted from the Havenite base in the Seaford Nine System.
