Kolsvein was born within the small Tegrushkin settlement Lej Kaldahk. He was born to a low-Drakonian slave woman and a Tegrushkin mercenary leader. Young Kolsvein was taken out a mile in the snow to die, yet after an hour, a hunter woman named Sigurda had found the babe after hearing cries throughout the woods. She did take the young babe in arms and had seen he had seen his violet eyes, this interested her as she's never seen this in another human other then the Drakonian population far south.
